The Texas State Fair has the semi-official slogan of the “Fried Food Capital of Texas” and this year they’ve introduced Deep Fried Beer. It’s essentially a pocket of pretzel dough filled with the good stuff. Who would have thought that you would ever need to show your ID to purchase fair food??
