Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney is now the father of two. His wife Tiffany Fallon gave birth to their second child this week. Daughter Raquel Blue arrived Tuesday afternoon at 4:26 p.m. Central Time, measuring 18-inches long and tipping the scales at an even seven-pounds. Rooney, who's also dad to two-year-old son Jagger Donovan, is thrilled to see his family grow. He says, quote, "Tiffany and I are so excited to have brought a brand new baby into the world. Raquel Blue is so beautiful and we feel so grateful to have this sweet little angel round out our family." The singer also notes that Jagger is "already an excited big brother," noting that he's been kissing the baby and trying to feed her cookies. Rooney adds, quote, "We feel blessed and are ready for the sleepless nights ahead."
Rooney will have a few more days to spend at home with his new bundle of joy. Rascal Flatts is on its "Nothing Like This" tour, which continues into October. The group's next show will be in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio on September 16th.
